Open the program you want to download and tap the download icon. Downloaded sessions are available without an internet connection. You can manage your downloads from the program detail screen.
No. Shikan Pro is a one-time purchase — pay once and it's yours forever. There are no recurring charges.
Go to Settings > Data and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same app store account you used for the original purchase.
Shikan Pro removes ads and unlocks unlimited routines, multi-device sync, data export, and full analytics history. As an early supporter bonus, your purchase also includes full access to the Foundations program. Free users can try the first 3 days of Foundations and get a 7-day trial of all Pro features.
Each program has its own reminder. Open the program, tap the reminder icon, and choose your preferred time. You can also enable or disable individual reminders from there.
To share your session with friends, enable "Share session" in your routine settings. When you start meditating, friends will get a notification they can tap to join. You can also look for live sessions on the Home tab and join from there.
